What certifications are available?
Our LED bathroom mirrors hold CE, RoHS and ETL certifications. We can also provide CB, SAA, and PSE certifications upon request for specific markets. All certificates are downloadable from the product page.
Is the mirror dimmable?
Yes, most of our LED mirrors feature 3-level touch dimming (20%-50%-100%). Some premium models offer stepless dimming and memory function that remembers your last brightness setting.
Does the mirror have anti-fog?
Yes, our anti-fog mirrors use PET heating film (0.15mm, 65W/m2) that automatically clears the mirror surface within 3-5 minutes after shower. The defog function is activated by the main power switch and works silently.
What voltage does it support?
Standard models support 220-240V AC (EU/UK/AU). We also offer 110-120V versions for North American markets. Please specify your target market when ordering so we can provide the correct voltage configuration.
How do I install the mirror?
Each mirror comes with a detailed installation guide, mounting hardware, and video tutorial. The mirror hangs on a Z-bracket system that allows horizontal adjustment. Professional installation is recommended for hardwired models. Average DIY installation time is 30-45 minutes.
What is the warranty period?
We provide a standard 3-year warranty for this LED mirror. Extended warranty programs are available for selected OEM and project orders.
